I’m Peter — maker, miller, and the hands behind Bark Brothers. Based in Werribee, I rescue trees from being mulched and transform them into one-of-a-kind timber tables and bespoke creations using my own milled and dried slabs. Resin work, custom builds, and genuine craftsmanship — that’s what Bark Brothers is all about.

Yes — all of our firewood is properly dried and ready to use. We use offcuts from our slab milling process, meaning you're getting seasoned, high-quality mixed hardwood that burns clean and produces long-lasting heat.

Yes, we provide free local delivery to Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Tarneit, Truganina and Wyndham Vale. If you're outside these areas, get in touch and we’ll let you know if delivery is available to your suburb.

Most custom builds take 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity, resin work, and current schedule. We’ll confirm timeframes up front so you know exactly what to expect.
Tree Rescue & Slab Milling
We give fallen or unwanted trees a second life. Our team mills and dries every slab in-house, preserving the character and grain of the timber from start to finish.

We can work with a range of Australian hardwoods and softwoods, depending on size and condition. Popular species include red gum, ironbark, blackwood, cypress, and more. Send us a photo or description — we’ll let you know if it’s suitable.

Once your tree is assessed and accepted, we mill it into slabs, then air- and kiln-dry it over time to prevent warping or cracking. We can return the slabs to you or use them to build something custom.
